![]() ABOUT WSD AQUATICS PROGRAMS Located at the Roy G. Snyder Natatorium in the Lower House of the Wilson High School, the WSD Aquatic Program offers a variety of water activities for both the students in the school district as well as the members of the surrounding community. Coach Snyder, who served as a teacher in the Physical Education Department and as the Wilson High School Athletic Director, implememented the aquatics program in the Wilson School District and it quickly became one of the best models across the state and nation. To this day, we pride ourselves on offering one of the most comprehensive aquatic programs in Pennsylvania, with state championship level swimming, diving and water polo. The WSD Aquatic Program also runs one of the highest quality lesson programs in the area, teaching its students the skills needed to swim safely and efficiently. Lessons are taught by well-trained and tested instructors who's focus is the success of the participants. Age levels range from tots to adults and offer multiple tracks for instruction in all aquatic sports. In addition, the WSD Aquatic Program provides the community with water aerobics, water safety courses for lifeguarding as well as parent safety courses and recreational water activities.
